Electric control system

The greenhouse need to configure a set of electric control system. The control system can be used to realize the centralized control of the natural ventilation system, the indoor shading system, the outdoor shading system, the indoor thermal insulation system, the wind turbine wet curtain cooling system and so on.

All main power lines in the greenhouse are placed in the metal wire slot.

Into the line using three-phase five wire system, the main body of the greenhouse to do ground treatment.

Simple description

1. The electric control box is placed in the indoor temperature, which is convenient for the installation and debugging and maintenance of the equipment in the greenhouse.

2. The lead in the greenhouse is damp proof insulated wire.

3. Temperature indoor use TN-S grounding system; with leakage switch.

4. Users will three-phase five wire power into the indoor temperature control box, the power fluctuation of less than ±10%, the electrical equipment using ambient temperature -10℃ to 40 ℃.

Intelligent greenhouse computer control system is composed of “weather station” + “greenhouse sensor” + “greenhouse control software”.

Weather station: It is used for acquiring outdoor environment parameters (outdoor temperature, outdoor humidity, outdoor light radiation, wind speed, wind direction, snow signal).

Indoor environment sensor: It is used for acquiring indoor environment temperature, environmental humidity and indoor light radiation.

Greenhouse control software: It is used for automatic control of greenhouse shading system, cooling system and top-vent system. Meanwhile, it is used for acquiring greenhouse environment data and recording and generating data report and diagram of curves automatically.
